At Top Knotch Analytics, we maintain an unwavering commitment to privacy and data security. Your creative and professional data is never sold, brokered, or shared without explicit consent. Our platform is structured to align with the principle that creators retain ownership and control over their intellectual capital.

Visibility & Benchmark Participation:

Users may select one of two pathways regarding public visibility:

• 1. Opt-In to Visibility in Public Index
  • a. Users who voluntarily opt in may be included in our public-facing benchmark. This includes selected, non-sensitive profile data—such as Creative Moniker and NTAV Rating Score—that may be viewable by enterprise licensees (e.g., record labels, investors, and brand advertisers). The purpose of this feature is to enhance visibility, not to exploit data.
• 2. Remain in Private Mode (Default)
  • a. Absent explicit consent, user identities are anonymized and only represented in the index via internal Client ID. External inquiries seeking identification or collaboration must be processed through TKa administrative oversight.

Regardless of the selection, your data will never be monetized or sold to third parties. The benchmark exists to provide macro-level infrastructure and visibility within the creator economy—not as a vehicle for data exploitation.

Licensing Structure & User Rights

By participating in Version 1 (V1) of the NTAV Rating System, you are purchasing a non-transferable, lifetime license that grants you indefinite access to:

• Your official NTAV Score
• An executive-level strategy report
• Lifetime access to the evolving TKa Dashboard
• Inclusion in the benchmark (publicly or privately)

Future iterations (V2, V3) will be distributed under an annual subscription license model, where users pay to license their own data for analytics and engagement purposes. V1 users are grandfathered under our lifetime model, with no recurring fees.

Intellectual Property and Use Limitations

The NTAV Rating and all derivative outputs are protected as proprietary intellectual property. You may use your score, strategy report, and benchmark positioning for promotional and business purposes. However, any unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or misrepresentation of NTAV-derived material is strictly prohibited.

Users are required to provide honest and accurate submissions. Material misstatements may result in score revocation and removal from the benchmark. We reserve the right to request verification at any time.

Artificial Intelligence Use & Disclosure

Commitment to Secure, Ethical AI Integration
TKa’s current system is partially human-reviewed and partially AI-enhanced. We do not use public LLMs or third-party generative AI models to process your personal data. Instead, all analysis is conducted via secured channels—where AI components serve as analytical aides, not autonomous data processors.

Future Development & Proprietary LLM:
Upon the sale of a designated number of lifetime licenses, TKa intends to develop its own proprietary large language model (LLM), hosted via secured infrastructure powered by NVIDIA. This model will be trained exclusively on anonymized, opt-in creative data and operated internally. This ensures that all AI-generated strategies remain confidential, proprietary, and never subject to public training datasets.

No data is sold. No identity is brokered. Our only interest is in producing trustworthy analytics and actionable intelligence.

Business Model Disclosure

TKa operates under a dual-market strategy:

• 1. Direct-to-Creator Licensing – Limited edition, lifetime licenses for V1 users.
• 2. Institutional Access via API Licensing – Structured partnerships with investment firms, brand advertisers, and content platforms to interact with benchmark analytics.

We are not a data brokerage firm. We do not engage in data sales of any kind.

Users may opt into the public benchmark, increasing visibility to vetted institutional partners. Participation is never mandatory. For non-opt-in users, all visibility is restricted to anonymized benchmarking through internal identifiers.

Our technology exists to level the playing field—not tip the scales.
