This Data & Privacy Policy ("Policy") governs the use of data, intellectual property, and user rights within the NTAV.ai platform ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to the terms set forth herein.

These terms apply to all users of NTAV.ai and our related services.
Users may access the Platform through (i) quarterly subscriptions, (ii) annual subscriptions, or (iii) lifetime licenses.
Quarterly and annual subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Users may cancel at any time prior to renewal to avoid further charges.
Lifetime licenses remain valid in perpetuity. Lifetime license holders may receive additional benefits, including but not limited to access to private group chats, introductions to vetted networks, and other premium services as determined by NTAV.ai.
All paid users, regardless of license tier, receive access to the Creator Credit Score™ and core reporting features.
Users are required to provide complete and accurate information when submitting data or updating profiles.
All submissions are subject to review and may result in adjustment, suspension, or revocation of your Creator Credit Score™ if material misstatements, fabrications, or unverifiable claims are identified.
Audits may be initiated through random sampling, identified discrepancies, third-party complaints, or anomalies detected by the Platform.
Users subject to an audit will be notified and may be required to submit supporting documentation, including but not limited to financial statements, contracts, or verified performance metrics.
Users who dispute audit findings may initiate a templated appeals process, after which NTAV.ai will make a final determination.
Submission of false or misleading data undermines the integrity of the community and may result in suspension or permanent removal from the Platform.
NTAV Rating™, Creative Intelligence Reports (CIR), and all associated reports are the proprietary intellectual property of NTAV.ai.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use reports for personal or professional purposes only. Reports may not be sublicensed, resold, or white-labeled.
NTAV.ai retains all rights to aggregated and anonymized data. Such data may be used for research, benchmarking, or licensing to enterprise or institutional partners.
Personally identifiable information ("PII") will not be used to train external AI models. Aggregated and anonymized data may be used internally to improve Platform performance and personalization.
NTAV.ai may introduce new features, updates, or modifications at any time without prior notice. Such updates may alter functionality or access.
Users may elect to maintain a private or public profile within the Platform.
For purposes of visibility, "non-sensitive profile data" includes username, Creator Credit Score™, CIR summaries, and general engagement metrics.
Enterprise and institutional partners will only be provided access to anonymized or explicitly consented data.
Enterprise partners are prohibited from directly soliciting users without the user's prior consent.
NTAV.ai may receive referral fees, commissions, or revenue-sharing arrangements when facilitating introductions between creators and vendors, service providers, or investors.
Such arrangements do not diminish or alter user ownership of their intellectual property, content, or data.
All enforcement and audit actions are guided by transparent processes and community trust principles.
NTAV.ai may amend this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform after amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
