No, we don't offer refunds. If your score comes back lower than you hoped, that's not a reason to walk away, it's exactly why you're here. The Creator Credit Score™ Assessment exists to show you where you stand and what to change, and that only works if you actually use it.

How long does it take to receive my Creator Credit Score™ Assessment?

Your Creator Credit Score™ is generated within seconds of completing your status report. It's built to be instant. On the rare occasion something breaks on our end, it can take up to 12 to 24 hours to show up. Your Creative Intelligence Report follows within 1 to 3 business days after your score is generated. You get two reports a year included on the annual and lifetime plans, and anything beyond that is a paid add on. If you're on the quarterly plan, every report is a paid add on, and expedited turnaround is also available for anyone who wants it faster.

What happens after I receive my Creator Credit Score™ Assessment?

Once you have your Creator Credit Score™ Assessment, you have your marching orders. That's when the real work starts. Ask NOVA, your dedicated advisor trained on your profile and your data, what to do next. Use the Learning Center, the Portfolio Manager, the Earnings Console, and the Business Checklist to act on it. The goal is to update your status report every quarter, or at least twice a year, and run through the cycle again. But you should be building your business every single day.

Do I have to subscribe, or can I pay once?
