All content, software, trademarks, designs, graphics, documentation, and proprietary technology provided through the Services are the intellectual property of Axelgod LLC or its licensors.

Users retain rights to original data they submit, but grant NTAV.ai a limited, non-exclusive license to process, display, and analyze the data for purposes of delivering Services.

If you upload, post, or transmit any content through the platform (e.g., financial data, documents, templates), you represent that:

• You have all necessary rights and licenses
• The content does not infringe upon third-party rights
• You grant us a license to use it as necessary to provide our Services

NTAV.ai is a financial literacy and strategic planning tool, not a registered investment advisor, law firm, or tax consultancy. Nothing provided constitutes legal, investment, or tax advice.

We make no guarantees about your business performance, outcomes, or financial success. Use of our platform is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axelgod LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Any claim exceeding the amount you paid for the Services in the past 12 months

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

You may cancel your account at any time via your dashboard. Data may be retained or anonymized in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles, California.

We may modify these Terms at any time with notice. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
